The home is conveniently equipped with a pool table, bar, exercise machines, 57-inch television, and air hockey table. The master ensuite has a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. You'll love the cozy feeling of the in-floor heating throughout the house. The city of Victoria is only a 20-minute drive, and the Swartz Bay ferry, Victoria airport, recreation center and the charming town of Sidney are a short distance away.
