Ebizo Japanese Restaurant

If you’re looking for some excellent sashimi near the Landmark Executive Sub Penthouse, you’ll want to grab a table or takeout at Ebizo. Located just off Government St, in the historic Bridgman Building, this Japanese restaurant is a favourite with locals and is without a doubt, one of the best sushi restaurants in Victoria. Here, you can find excellent rolls and classic sushi dishes all made with fresh, quality ingredients.
Gozen Sushi

Right around the corner from Ebizo, ideal for guests nearby at The Corazon and an excellent choice if you’re visiting downtown from the idyllic Arbutus Hill, is Gozen Sushi, an incredible place to find authentic Japanese cuisine. This modern sushi bar offers has some incredibly sashimi and other appetizers but their maki and nigiri are extra special with their unique use of Akazu, a specialty red vinegar and top quality sushi rice from Japan. Whether you’re craving crispy prawn tempura, spicy salmon or smokey miso soup, each dish at Gozen is beautifully presented, perfectly balanced and completely delicious.
Kissako Sushi

Koto Sushi
